The Kitchen is a meeting place open to the participation of all, especially people and organizations that want to share their knowledge and experiences around the kitchen.
Local residents of all ages participate in this project: cooking and tasting recipes, discussing seasonal products and sharing recipes from around the world. This is a space for talking about sustainable cooking and also for sharing and adapting recipes and culinary creativity.
It is a porous space where the neighbourhood enters the museum in an informal but continuous context, sharing knowledge in a space that is adaptable to the rhythms of daily life.
