Regulations Regarding Payment 

In keeping with Article 4 of Spanish Law 3/2004, of 29 December, which provides measures to prevent arrearage in business operations, MACBA has established that payments will be made once the appropriate bill has been submitted. This bill must first have been confirmed by the party responsible for the contract and must have been approved by Management, in order to show conformity with the service provided. The payment will be made by transfer within 60 days of the approval of the bill.
