Applicable Legislation
The Consortium of the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art is governed by its statutes, by the internal regulations created to this end, and by the Law on Museums.
Regarding matters not covered in the Statutes, regulations applicable to public-law entities of the Government of Catalonia that are governed by private law will apply.
Consortium procurement is governed by public-sector contract law.
For any opposition to administrative actions of the entities of the Consortium, appeals may be lodged with the superior entity. This does not include the agreements of the General Council, which exhaust the administrative channels.
