Eixarcolant is a collective whose aim is to promote a model of food production, distribution and consumption, as well as more sustainable, ethical and fairer socioeconomic development via the recovery of edible wild plants and traditional agricultural crops. Since 2016 they have carried out projects throughout Catalonia in the fields of research, territorial dynamisation, outreach and training, and consultancy to enable these crops to once again be ethically and sustainably grown, sold and consumed.
