We remind you that, upon crossing the entrance limit of The Kingdom premises in the museum's atrium, the image emission device of The Kingdom will be activated, making them public via this url https://www.macba.cat/thekingdom. These images are recorded and broadcasted in real-time, and MACBA neither stores them nor consents to their recording on any medium for which MACBA is responsible.

By crossing the access limit to The Kingdom premises, you consent to the broadcast of your image, releasing MACBA from any liability arising from the use made by third parties of the broadcasted images.

In any case, MACBA recognizes all the rights inherent to your status as interested parties, which is why, if you wish to exercise your rights recognized in Title III of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, you can contact dpd [at] macba [dot] cat or visit the museum reception so that they can assist you personally.

If you wish to oppose the broadcast of your image, you can contact dpd [at] macba [dot] cat, noting that you will not be able to enter the The Kingdom premises until you receive a response from the MACBA Data Protection Delegate.
