MÓN LLIBRE The children’s book festival turns ten

Món Llibre, the literature festival for children, celebrates its tenth birthday with loads of original and entertaining ideas designed to connect books with boys and girls, and awaken or revive their love of reading.

Over thirty publishers of children’s and young people’s literature will participate in this groundbreaking initiative that also includes the collaboration of Barcelona’s libraries, literary magazines, professionals from the publishing world, etc.

The CCCB and MACBA throw open their doors for the occasion, as do the bookshops at both cultural centres: Laie and La Central.

Món Llibre 2014 offers a wide range of activities that ensure access to different fields of knowledge through reading.
