A la pàgina 1: "The Stempelplaats asked six artists to organize individual projects in the area of Mail-art. These projects were to be exhibited in the Stempelplaats. These exhibitions are characteristic of each artist’s rules of thumb. Four out of the six projects (namely those of Herman Gruber, Ulises Carrión, Pawel Petasz I and Leonard Frank Dich) are based on the principle of the artist requesting contributions from other artists for the exhibition. The artists is then the recipient of the elements (= contributions) for his work (=exhibited project) [...]".
