On 19 October, the writer and essayist Eloy Fernández Porta, winner of the Premi Anagrama 2010 and the essay prize Ciudad de Barcelona 2012, will present Mainstream, a Spoken Word intervention, accompanied by the bass player and drummer Jose Roselló.

Jose Roselló is a drummer, session musician and producer. He was a founding member of the collective Decay Ensemble and has been part of several groups that are fundamental to the Barcelona underground scene, such as 12Twelve, Bélmez and Atleta. He is the author of the experimental electronic music project Faraón and has participated in several international projects, including the Sónar festival in both Barcelona and Chicago. He has created the experimental music label Atleta Records.

Eloy Fernández Porta has published in Anagrama the following books of cultural criticism: Afterpop, Homo Sampler, €®O$ (Anagrama Award) and Emociónese así (City of Barcelona Prize). In the field of the spoken word, he has developed the groups Afterpop Fernández & Fernández (with Agustín Fernández Mallo) and Mainstream (with Jose Roselló), and has collaborated with the artists Diana Pornoterrorist.
