Gil Joseph Wolman (Paris, 1929 – Paris, 1995) created work characterised by a radical fusion of different arts, particularly painting, poetry and cinema. He was part of the Letterist movement founded by Isidore Isou at the end of the forties, which proclaimed a transformation in art and society.
