MACBA agrees to respect the privacy of users and to refrain from collecting personal data (name, address and/or e-mail address), except in cases were said data is explicitly requested and users expressly agree. This privacy policy only applies to, and excludes all other websites.

MACBA processes all data pertaining to its users in keeping with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, on personal data protection, and all other applicable regulations. MACBA agrees not to share data pertaining to its users with any other entity or organisation, or to use them for commercial purposes.

Under Article 5 of the LOPD, MACBA informs you that you may at any time exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition to the data provided. User registration

Anybody can browse and consult without signing up or entering personal information of any kind. However, in order to access certain options such as adding comments, subscribing to the Newsletter or creating Itineraries, user registration is required.
