La figura d'un rectangle imprès, disposat horitzontalment i compost de tres seccions iguals, i.e. tres rectangles disposats verticalment o franges d'una bandera, cadascuna amb un nom d'un color imprès a l'interior amb lletres minúscules i cursives (o itàliques); i.e. el terme "verd" escrit al marge superior de la secció esquerra, el terme "blanc" escrit al marge inferior de la secció central, i el terme "vermell" escrit al marge superior de la secció dreta.
