Document mecanoscrit amb anotacions manuscrites. -- Les frases "Ull esquerre" i "Ull dret" mecanografiats l'un seguit de l'altre al dessota del títol "COLOM", deixant un espai entre totes dues frases; i a sota de la seqüència de frases "Ull esquerre" i "Ull dret", el terme "Punteria" mecanografiat centrat respecte del títol "COLOM". -- Al recto del full 84, quatre línies per indicar la disposició que ha d'ocupar el títol i cadascun dels termes de la composició.
