Document manuscrit. -- Diversos paperets aproximadament circulars de confeti blanc disposats diversament, enganxats al full; un paperet està enclòs en una figura ametllada traçada amb llapis, en forma d'ull, i un altre dels paperets està retallat seguint un traçat que pot fer pensar en la figura d'una lluna en fase creixent.
