Document manuscrit. -- La figura d'un embut traçat amb llapis, i el terme "AIGUA" en majúscula escrit amb llapis en diagonal arran del con de l'embut, de manera que les primeres lletres del terme (i particularment la lletra "A" inicial) es mostrin incompletes rere l'extrem superior de l'embut, com si el terme "AIGUA" s'hi aboqués.
