Document manuscrit. -- Un sobre enganxat al full, amb la bossa del sobre retallada i la solapa del sobre oberta i desplegada; a l'àrea del sobre reservada al destinatari, l'adreça del personatge de ficció Sherlock Holmes escrita amb bolígraf, i.e. "Sherlock Holmes", "221 Baker Street", "LONDON"; i a l'àrea del sobre reservada al remitent (a la solapa), l'adreça de Jesucrist ubicada al Vaticà, escrita amb bolígraf (corr. en llapis) de manera que es mostri capgirada, i.e. "R. Jesum Christum", "Ciutat del Vaticà", "ROMA (Itàlia)".
