Document mecanoscrit. -- la frase en majúscules "Frègoli no" mecanografiada (deixant un espai entre cada lletra i separant els dos termes de la frase amb doble espai), al·lusiva al transformista italià Leopoldo Fregoli; i a sota i centrat respecte d'aquesta frase, el nom artístic del transformista català Eduard Juncadella, "Fregolino", mecanografiat en majúscula (deixant un espai entre lletra i lletra), obtingut de la unió dels dos components de la frase primera "Frègoli no".
