Nuevos paisajes. Nuevos territorios

The artificial and the natural are no longer two discrete phenomena in today’s cities, and buildings are no longer simply objects placed onto a background. The narrative thread that ran through the exhibition New Landscapes. New Territories was based on types of architecture that offer evocative approaches to the landscape and interact with it in complex and diverse ways, blurring the boundaries between built and existing environments. This catalogue presents innovative reflections on the interplay between architecture and the landscape, with works by Dominique Perrault, Jean Nouvel, Rem Koolhaas, Diller & Scofidio and MVRDV, among others.
