He has an advanced degree in the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Assets, specialising in sculpture, from the Escola Superior de Conservació i Restauració de Béns Culturals de Catalunya. His relationship with the MACBA began in 2005 with the completion of curricular internships. He then won a scholarship that allowed him to stay in Italy for training. His interest in chemistry and the relationship with modern materials used in contemporary art led him to collaborate again with the MACBA. He is currently part of the MACBA’s Conservation-Restoration Department, where he mainly does conservation and curatorship work on installations and object work.
