Kneading with care Workshop in the kitchen for people with intellectual disabilities

This workshop proposes a simple cooking exercise for people with intellectual disabilities. The aim is to generate a dynamic in which personal experiences can be traced in the context of food, group relationships and care, as well as reflecting on social and environmental aspects in a close and everyday situation that always saves a place at the table for unexpected guests.
