Collaborations
Our thanks to the collaborators

La Caixa Foundation
Thanks to the support of “La Caixa Foundation”, the MACBA Foundation promotes together with the museum a cycle of short video capsules to bring the MACBA Collection and contemporary art closer to the users of the “CaixaForum +” platform.

Mutua Madrileña
Mutua Madrileña supports the restoration and conservation of works in the MACBA Collection. This partnership allows direct steps to be taken, such as preventive conservation work and protection of artworks to ensure their preservation for future generations.

DAMM
DAMM reaffirms its commitment to culture by supporting MACBA activities, including exhibition openings and special day events such as Night and Day of the Museums, key dates to bring contemporary art closer to the public.

Repsol Foundation
The Repsol Foundation offers its support through the MACBA Digital Collection and the Sustainability Seminar run by the MACBA Foundation. This support drives the digitalisation of artworks in the collection and boosts knowledge through a digital experience. It also helps to run annual events to foster debate and reflection about sustainability within the sphere of the arts sector and institutions.

Occident Foundation
The Occident Foundation collaborates with the Fundació MACBA by supporting the permanent projects Els nens i les nenes del barri (Neighbourhood boys and girls) and the Grup de joves (Young People’s Group). MACBA provides a meeting place for these neighbourhood groups where, led by an artist, young people are invited to live out a collective and imaginative experience around contemporary art.

Fundación Daniel & Nina Carasso
The Fundación Daniel & Nina Carasso supports several of the Museum’s educational projects. It is through their contribution that we are able to organise ongoing programmes such as the Artists’ Laboratory, Postdata, Art Histories from Barcelona, as well as a series of seminars and workshops on new mobile devices.
