Perejaume "Postaler", 1984

In 1984, Perejaume carried on his shoulder a postcard display rack – like those found in all souvenir shops – and headed off to the mountains. Having replaced the postcards with mirrors, he photographed the rack at different points along his route. The result was a changing ‘painting’ that reflected (literally) these live, natural environments. Shut up at home, recovering images of urban or rural landscapes on our mobile phones can be a way of configuring our particular postcard rack during these days of confinement. Are you up for it?
