FONS ÀUDIO at RWM: artists talking about their work If you enjoy listening podcast, don’t miss this
There are over 800 podcasts in Radio Web MACBA, a pioneer project created in 2006, and the first of its kind in Spain. Although it has the word radio in the title, it doesn’t broadcast live. It is in fact an ongoing archive of interviews and debates available as podcasts. An oral space in which artists address the contents of the MACBA Collection. In this context, we highlight the FONS ÀUDIO series: an alternative narrative about the Collection, in the first person, a direct and active tool for the transfer of knowledge. Featured recently are Eugènia Balcells, El Palomar, Cabello/Carceller, Pere Noguera and Francesc Torres. But you can also listen to older interviews with artists like Ivan Argote, Judith Barry, Esther Ferrer, Malcolm LeGrice, Rogelio López Cuenca, Josep M. Mestres Quadreny, Matt Mullican, Daniela Ortiz, Perejaume, Pere Portabella, Francesc Ruiz, Benet Rossell o Eulàlia Valldosera, among many others. A unique archive of voices that fills the MACBA Collection of stories and first-person accounts. If you enjoy listening podcast, don’t miss this.
