This is what matters: explaining things, but with a non-verbal idea. For example, the poem ‘España’. People see a playing card that says 9 of Cups, but if you count them there are only 8. Here’s an idea! Because there are many visual poets who simply make collages, which they mount like photographs... I think this belongs more to painting. Visual poetry is the concept, the idea.
