A non-profit association recognised as a public utility, with a horizontal organisational structure, which has been collaborating in social transformation since 1987. From a feminist and rights-based perspective, SIDA STUDI exists to help bring about a social and political transformation that ensures that all people can enjoy their sexuality in a way that is pleasurable, healthy and free of gender-based violence. SIDA STUDI aims to promote the empowerment of people and communities whose sexuality is being violated (through the criminalisation of women's sexuality, cultural diversity, bodily, functional, sexual and gender diversity ) and the self-determination of people regarding their bodies, their pleasure, their affections and possible risks (gender-based violence, HIV and other STIs, and unplanned pregnancies).
