Rosa Tharrats (b. Barcelona, 1983) is interested in the sensory and spiritual communication between different kinds of materials and bodies. Her work often starts with fabric and expands into installation, sculpture or performance. The practice of meditation and the use of rituals are a common feature of her work. Other recurring features in her work are the concepts of transformation, symbiosis and the relationship between the natural and the artificial.
