The Experimental Programme in Mediation and Education through Art, Permea, is a training programme coordinated by the University of Valencia. The programme takes a holistic and experimental approach to the knowledge involved in creating artistic mediation projects in art and education institutions, as well as other social contexts, from a critical, generative and empowering perspective, with the potential for agency and emancipation.
