Norma Pérez, also known as Norma Mor / Muerte a la Norma, is a trans-disciplinary, transvestite artist, an activist for sexual and gender dissidences, as well as a Barcelona-based Chilean actress. Her work, centring on performance and the performing arts, explores the limits of gender performativity through cross-dressing and drag-related stage practices. From a critical, transformational standpoint, Norma uses drag as a technology to destabilise systems of oppression, opening up new spaces for action for this artistic practice. Her research focuses on gender hacking through drag art seen as an art for social change. As a visual artist, together with Lu Chieregati she is part of the creative duo M0nster.L4b, residents at La Escocesa in 2024–2025. She is also a resident at Graner 2025 with the project "El Archivo Vivo de lo Efímero". She is the producer and director of the entertainment programme "Kobra Kuir", and shares her knowledge and practices in workshops to foster open dialogue about identity, gender and art.
