Mireia Mestre Campà, curator and restorer, has devoted much of her career to preventive conservation and cultural heritage management. She has worked as an expert at the Catalan government Centre for the Restoration of Artefacts of Catalonia and at its Museum Service. She has been an associate lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona, where she taught the course in Preventive Conservation. After fifteen years as head of the Preventive Conservation and Restoration department of the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, since September 2022 she has been director of the Catalan Centre for the Restoration of Artefacts.
