Jorge Dutor Noguera (Madrid, 1979), stage, lighting and costume designer, has pursued his career in cinema, theatre and television. Trained in stage design at RESAD, he began his career by combining different jobs in the arts world, from art direction in fashion to performing as a DJ. In 2008 he started working closely with Guillem Mont de Palol: together they make up the duo Montdedutor, which has premiered many pieces in theatres, arts centres and festivals in Europe and Latin America. Their artistic practice straddles the borders between disciplines, offering forms on stage that defy convention and expand the ways stage and audience relate. He has worked in collective creative processes, including the films by Juan Rodrigáñez Derechos del hombre and El complejo de dinero. He is currently working with Mont de Palol on the project El movimiento and pursuing a line of work focused on costume design.
