Workshop with the RWM Working Group and Los Voluble 

In parallel to this, under the umbrella of La Voz de Alarma, the latest project by Los Voluble, Pedro and Benito Jiménez have begun to set up an “archive of Flamenco bodies”. A new open, voluble archive cased on collective creativity, to reflect on hegemonies in the audiovisual field, raise possibilities for “algorithmic sabotage” and construct spaces for conversation about the archive, like the one they will be organising with the RWM Working Group. 

A meeting place for shared interests and practices that links up with the dynamics of exchanging knowledge of the RWM Working Group, where we will certainly be discussing cultural appropriation, activism and social criticism with some of the most experienced voices in this area. Because we can think of few people better than Los Voluble, with nearly thirty years of experience producing compositions, collages, constructions and deconstructions from a highly activist, non-conformist point of view, to think about these issues and many more.
