Why and How do I Do what I Do? Artists Speak

Armando Andrade Tudela "Untitled 1 (Rattan Sculpture)", 2008

Conversation between Armando Andrade Tudela, Gabriel Acevedo and Chus Martínez

The project Why and How do I Do what I Do? Artists Speak aims to open a direct line of communication between artists and audiences, and to make the creation process more transparent and understandable to the general public. With this in mind, the conception and production process behind Armando Andrade Tudela’s exhibition at La Capella MACBA will be documented by the artist, and recorded by an audiovisual team. After the opening, the film and resulting material will be accessible on the Museum’s web site. This public conversation with Armando Andrade Tudela will attempt to explain the why and how of artistic research.
