Món Llibre 2024

The Món Llibre festival is a literary experience for young and old alike to learn about the latest news in publishing for all audiences, in particular children, and enjoy different events. 

This year, the MACBA is taking part by offering an open house on 15 and 16 June, where you can visit all the current exhibitions free of charge, including MACBA Collection. Prelude. Poetic Intention and Jordi Colomer. Façana Foto Festa Futur Fideus. Families can also explore the world of oral and written narrative by taking part in the activity UAU!! Àlbums i històries al MACBA, led by Sherezade Bardají and Yoshi Hioki, and then spend a nice time in the reading and family space on the main floor of the Research and Documentation Centre, where you will find a wide range of books, stories and toys. This is the perfect space to relax, play and have a great time!

You can also join us on Saturday, 15 June at 6 pm for the guided visit of MACBA Collection. Prelude. Poetic Intention, led by Avalancha, and on Sunday, 16 June, at 12 pm for the guided visit of the exhibition Jordi Colomer. Façana Foto Festa Futur Fideus, led by Albert Gironès, Eva Paià and Marina Ribot Pallicer.
