On Fridays, starting on 14 July, enjoy guided tours of the exhibition Nancy Holt / Inside Outside.
The exhibition Nancy Holt / Inside Outside is the most comprehensive display of Nancy Holt’s work in Europe to date, with an ambitious presentation of her multifaceted work. The perception and the limits between “inside” and “outside” are the guiding thread of the exhibition. Holt was a key artist in nature art and conceptual art, yet her work never achieved the same recognition as that of other contemporary male artists, which this exhibition aims to remedy.
The artists and researchers Albert Gironès, Eva Paià and Marina Ribot Pallicer offer a joint tour of the exhibition in which they create a collective story and a dialogue enriched by their personal knowledge. During the tour, audio tracks will be shared to resonate in the museum and so each visitor takes a whisper of the exhibition away with them.
Tours are in Spanish on the second and fourth week of each week. Tours are in Catalan on the rest of the weeks.
