John & Van Gorp run a contemporary dance company. In their work they fuse elements of physical comedy with idiosyncratic and energetic dance. In this workshop they set out to work with young artists, dancers and actores interesed in the idea of the interdisciplinary potential of the arts, and especially in the use of humour in dance and performance. The work generated in the workshop was given its public presentation on 22nd July, under the title of Dead Head.
