Can the application be submitted by email?

Applications are not accepted by email. They must be presented through the Electronic Office.

Do I have to send the originals?

In this first phase it is not necessary to send the originals. Please send photocopies of the relevant documents/certificates(note: it is NOT necessary to have them attested).

Must the curriculum vitae be in a particular format?

No, the curriculum vitae can be in any style.

When will the provisional list of those accepted and rejected be published?

The official list of those accepted and rejected will be published on the web once the deadline for the receipt of applications has expired.

What should I do if my application is rejected due to lack of documentation?

There will be a period of 10 working days from the publication of the provisional list to present any documentation through the Electronic Office.

When will the final list of those accepted and rejected be published?

The final list of applications accepted and rejected will be published on the MACBA website once the deadline for claims and other incidents has expired.

What are the next steps after the publication of the final list?

The accepted candidates will be evaluated according to the criteria published in the guidelines of the open call. Subsequently, those candidates best fitting the profile will be requested to attend a personal interview and any other tests considered appropriate.
