EXHIBITION PRESENTATIONS
Throughout the day MACBA will offer special presentations of the temporary exhibitions. Every thirty minutes, education officers will conduct introductory visits to the exhibitions starting from the landing of each Museum floor.

MACBA WITH THE FAMILY
What are gestures? Can they become paths, drawings, traces? Based on the exhibition Written on the wind. Lawrence Weiner Drawings, the artists Jordi Ferreiro and Quim Packard have organised a family workshop that will answer these questions. Using drawings, words, maps and letters arranged as a collage, the workshop will try to discover a series of gestures that connect with the different elements in the work of Lawrence Weiner in the manner of a log book. Afterwards we will work together on a large piece of paper where these experiments will be translated into drawings.

10 am – 8 pm non-stop. Museum Atrium. Limited places. Advance booking not required.

EXPERIENCE MACBA
From 9 pm, the artistic group Les Salonnières will intervene in the Museum space under the umbrella of the activities of Experience MACBA. By interacting with the public, Les Salonnières create uninhibited scenes that question the environment through the body and attitudes. Their actions are unexpected interventions that subvert established behaviours and ideas on personal and collective identity.

Les Salonnières is formed by Laura Cardona, Ester g. Mecías, Cèlia Prats, Meritxell Romanos and Marta Xibillé.

9 pm: Museum Atrium. Limited places. Free admission.
